GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


When booking, guests must first be aware of the general conditions and rules relating to their stay, namely regarding operation, opening hours and services provided, as well as other requested information.

Reservations

Reservations will preferably be made by the website; however, they can also be made via telephone or email.

These are only considered confirmed after payment of the total price of the stay; otherwise the reservations will be cancelled.

Payment for the reservation implies the guest's acceptance of its general terms and conditions

Payment methods

The amounts relating to payment and/or cancellation will be mentioned at the time of booking and may vary according to the rate chosen by the guest.
The customer can pay for our services via Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.

Payment and cancelation

• The stay must be paid in full by the day of check-in. Failure to comply with this rule will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation;
• The reservation is fully refundable up to 7 days before check-in;
• If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 15:00h
Check-out: 11:00h
Upon arrival, guests must bring their identification documents, such as an identity card or passport.
Changes to the previously stated schedules may be permitted, at the request of guests, as long as these changes do not have an effect on other reservations and/or cleaning work in the accommodation unit and are subject to confirmation by the accommodation.
In case of non-compliance with the check-out time by guests, the accommodation reserves the right to call the authorities to assist with the departure of the accommodation/property.

Additional information:

• There is no charge for children up to one year old as long as they stay in the same accommodation unit as the adults responsible for them.
However, Vila Louro must always be informed of the inclusion of children in your reservation so that a cot can be placed, if necessary.
• Children over the age of two will have an additional cost of €30 for each extra bed.
• Acceptance of the reservation may be subject to the number of cots and/or extra beds available, as well as the space available in the accommodation unit.
• It is the customer's sole responsibility to inform the number of people (adults and children) who will occupy the accommodation unit.
• If more people show up than those stipulated in the reservation, entry may be refused without refund.
• Published prices are subject to change depending on demand/supply and the season in question.

Rights and duties of the guest(s)

Rights
• Assignment of a reference professional that you can turn to for help or guidance.
• Confidentiality on the part of Vila Louro employees
• Tidying and cleaning of accommodation whenever requested (additional costs may apply)
• Free Wi-Fi.
• Free private parking

Duties
• Respect the established standards, collaborating in compliance with these terms.
• Honor the personal dignity of Vila Louro employees, guests and/or others.
• Report to a reference employee any anomalies or deficiencies that you observe in the functioning of the AL, so that they can be remedied immediately.
• Use Vila Louro facilities appropriately and carefully, taking responsibility whenever any damage is caused to the accommodation.
• Do not make the accommodation assets of the unit your own.
• Comply with check-in and check-out times

Security Rules

Guest(s) are prohibited from:

• The use of lit candles or other devices that could endanger the safety of people and facilities.
• Smoking and/or fire inside the premises.
• Carry any weapon or sharp instrument that could endanger your life or that of others.
• Noise production between 10 pm and 8 am.
• It is expressly prohibited to accommodate animals in Vila Louro. The introduction of animals into the accommodation allows Vila Louro to inform the customer of the obligation to leave the property without refunding the amounts paid for the room/space

Property damage and loss

You are obliged to compensate Vila Louro for any damages caused to the accommodation unit and/or its support facilities, as well as damages resulting from the violation of the duties set out in these conditions, including lawyer's fees and legal costs.

Liability for personal property

Vila Louro is not responsible for the loss of personal property of the guest(s).

Penal Clause

Reservations for all rooms, rental of space for events or parties, a deposit of €1500 is required. Any damage or additional cost resulting from negligence or misuse of the space, Vila Louro reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover any expenses (always upon presentation of invoices)
